Open any graphic
Duplicate the Layer (Command J)
Image > Adjustments>Desaturate
Duplicate the layer (Command J)
Invert the the image (Command I)
Color mode to Color Dodge (on layer)
Filter > Gaussian Blur >set the radius 1 or 2
Hide the middle layer to to create colorful sketch
